About your login keychain
macOS may ask for the previous password to unlock the old login keychain. If you no longer know it, macOS can create a new keychain.

The Mac did not confirm the update. Your previous login and FileVault protection remain unchanged.

The temporary recovery request is no longer usable. You can retry with a new request.
